The run where it finally clicked (month nine, for the record)

Eight months of running feeling like punishment. Then one random Tuesday — easy pace, podcast on — I noticed I'd done 6k and felt like I could keep going. Nothing changed except everything.

Posting this for whoever is in month three and hates it: the wall is real and it's also temporary. Slow down more than you think you should.
